The first two YWTS editions connect training for young professionals with the needs of Sardinian local authorities. The programme combines European funding skills with placements in municipal administrations, helping transfer practical knowledge into local work.
Description
The first two editions of Young Work and Territory in Sardinia linked training for young professionals with the needs of the island’s local authorities. The programme aimed to strengthen knowledge of the European Union and direct European Commission funding, supporting municipal departments in understanding and using the available tools. Training included placements within participating administrations, helping transfer skills into local practice. Supported by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, the initiative is documented in Focus Europe’s archive for 2019–2022. This entry brings together the two historical editions presented jointly in the organisation’s official project archive.
