The project
A programme supporting young people’s entry into employment and the development of professional activities in Medio Campidano and Sulcis. The initiative connects shared ideas, local resources and entrepreneurship to address social disadvantage.
Description
The project addressed the relationship between youth unemployment, access to opportunities and social disadvantage in two areas of Sardinia. Aimed at people aged 23–35, it sought to support entry into employment and the development of professional and entrepreneurial activities. The programme encouraged discussion, the sharing of innovative ideas and contact with the world of work, helping turn local resources into practical opportunities for younger generations. Supported by Fondazione di Sardegna through its Local Development funding area, the initiative is recorded in Focus Europe’s archive for 2018–2020 and forms part of its work on inclusive territorial development.
