Description
EU-TRACE promoted a European network of towns with a strong ceramics tradition. Supported by Europe for Citizens, the project focused on cooperation between territories and links among their ceramics museums. It considered craft and cultural heritage as resources for local economic development, tourism and employment. The initiative aimed to encourage joint proposals for European institutions and create opportunities for sustainable and inclusive growth. Bringing communities together around a shared tradition offered a basis for exchanging experience and developing further cooperation across national borders.
