The project
Quartu Sant’Elena and Almansa strengthen their twinning relationship through cultural heritage and wine-growing traditions. Meetings and visits in both areas support dialogue on sustainable production and cooperation between their communities.

Local authorities, associations and territorial stakeholders exchange experiences on cultural heritage and environmentally responsible wine production. The programme combines cultural and technical visits, public meetings and community exchanges. Following the Sardinian event in October 2025, Almansa hosted a second meeting in March 2026. Focus Europe contributed to the project’s design and development.
