The opportunity
The Fund supports projects addressing vulnerability, with 2025–2026 priorities focusing on community-based health and welfare services, Southern Italy, and the inclusion of migrants and refugees.
Objectives
Address situations of vulnerability and improve access to services and opportunities.
Who can apply
Non-profit organisations based in Italy and entered in a public register. They must normally have been established for at least two years; exceptions apply to cooperatives and social enterprises. Municipalities, Provinces and Regions are eligible only for specific initiatives of particular significance.
Territories
Primarily Italy; international initiatives are permitted under the conditions set out in the guidelines.
Eligible activities
Social interventions consistent with the priorities; research and international initiatives are subject to specific rules.
Funding
Local donations of up to EUR 5,000; centrally managed donations above EUR 5,000. The contribution depends on the assessment and available resources; no general maximum amount has been entered in this profile.
