When carrying out its activities, local governments need to continuously reference the actions, decisions and opportunities of the EU. Training objectives are a priority for Focus Europe which promotes learning models for preparing community projects, and which are specific to each sector of action proposed by the European Commission.
In particular there are two training courses designed as workshops for learning the skills required for project planning. The courses are broken down into the following modules that handle all aspects of planning.
